Fees are to be paid in full by the ‘payment due date’ on the invoice
Late payments will incur a £10.00 administration fee
A term may vary between 10 – 13 weeks.
Payment is due for students missing class(s) due to either holidays or illness.
A written term’s notice or the term’s fees in full, is a requirement in the event of withdrawal of any pupil from any class.
New students to A2 Arts must give notice by half term if they plan to terminate lessons following their 1st term.
Notice will be confirmed by A2 Arts in writing.
Very rarely A2 Arts must cancel a class due to circumstances beyond our control. If a class is cancelled by us we will aim to rearrange it at an alternative time, if this is not possible a full refund will be given.

£5.00 per hour - registered students
£15.00 per hour - non-registered students
Lessons will vary in length depending on age, ability and syllabus content.
10% discount will be offered for students taking 3 or more classes, providing fees are paid
in full before term commences (date on invoice)
50% discount offered to third child in family attending classes
Late payment will forfeit any discounts shown and an administration fee of £10.00 will be incurred
